About the flat
Beautiful room in a peaceful complex very secure including a CARPARK within the building. The room have its own private bathroom where we will share the washing machine and dryer. The apartment is all double glazed with full height windows to bring some light in. We benefit also from a central ventilation to keep the house healthy. No heating needed, the apartment is always warm. An indoor/outdoor terrasse is also here for use. The main space is big and confortable with a big couch, TV, table, etc... A wonderful place to socialize. Just down the building there's a Fitness Portal Gym, a good coffee shop, doctors, dentists... We are located in Grafton, just a few steps from on one side Mount Eden and the other side the city. Easy access to Britomart by bus or car.Ideal location between Newmarket and Ponsonby!
About the room
The room is a decent size with its on walldrobe, can fit a queen bed and a desk. A private bathroom right next door is available for the flatmate. No windows in the room but can obviously use the main space and balcony at your convenience. In term of aminities, we will share power/water and internet bills on a 60/40 ratio as my daughter will be there part time. The room is unfurnished. Just a desk if you want.
Preferred flatmate
Someone calm, but social, respectful, clean and tidy. A beautiful soul with good energy that can be nice to be around especially when my daughter will be with us. As I said previously in my description, I'm looking for someone that knows to respect boundaries but can also be social as we don't want someone who is stuck in its room consistently but happy to chat, play, cook or share a wine sometimes with me/us. Would prefer a long term flatmate.

Lexie is a happy wee 8yo girl. She is dynamic and calm at the same time with a big heart. She loves daddy and good company. She can play nicely and entertain herself well as an only child but up for a boogie/play every now and then. We really want someone who will be kind to her and maybe playful from time to time.
