Rent $320 plus expenses for single person (water and power, WIFI ). Great location, within walking distance to the Universities, Auckland City Hospital, Gym and all the City Centre has to offer.

Car parks can be discussed with the property manager (can’t guarantee) This will be available from 19/06/25 viewing can be arranged.

The preferred tenant should be tidy, responsible with rent payments and able to provide a 2-weeks deposit.
