About the flat
Kia ora, The street is very quiet, and we have nice neighbours (who also have cats). Tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and paper towels are all provided as part of the private boarding agreement. We also have a house Spotify account that allows us to quarter the price, you are welcome to join. The house is less than 5 minutes away from Waverley park and the stadium southland grounds, so if you love running, walking, or a track, this is for you. It's one minute walk from the closest bus route, or, there is plenty of space on this safe street to park your car. Once in a while, a flatmate will cook for the others, sit down and just chat, go for walks, or host a games night, we enjoy each others company. The rooms heat up really nicely and retain the heat well despite the condensation we get in winter.
About the room
The bedroom is all to yourself, fully furnished, and with 2 sets of bed linen and 3 towels, and a multibox. The room faces west, so it gets evening sun and a great view of the sunset over the large back yard. This is a private boarding agreement that we have in the house, so the only thing you'd need to clean is your room (and pick up after yourself). You would be required to buy, cook and clean up after yourself for meals though, as we all have different schedules and dietary requirements. There is a built in wardrobe in the room that is nice and big, as well as room in the garage.

Meet the flatmates
Kia ora, I used to be a preschool teacher and now I'm dipping my toes in the trades. Love to chat about music and plants :-)
Ben enjoys gaming and airsoft in his free time. Works at the local events center setting up and monitoring events... as well as taking out the trash hahaha.
Tech guy, he even knows how to replace the screen on phone. That's literally his job. Enjoys kick boxing in his own time, and is not scared of a heavy metal concert.
