I will be moving back to Auckland and am looking for 2 housemates to be joining me in a 3 bedroom house in Glenfield. The house is in a quiet street but is also situated close to Glenfield and Wairau shops.

We are a 5 min drive to Glenfield mall, Wairau shops and the motorway entrance. Dedicated parking spots are available on the property.

The shared space comes with all the essentials furniture and appliances (more to come in the coming weeks), plus a large backyard area perfect for soaking in some good sun or hosting a small summer dinner.

The rooms available are both unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe in each and can fit a double or queen bed.

Rent is $210 per week, utilities & internet are all shared equally.

I am looking for someone who is in a similar age bracket, works full time, is clean and tidy, respectful and down for a yarn. Basically, like-minded flatties to share the occasional dinner or weekend coffee and hang with :)
