1950s house in Glen Innes, located a short walk from the Tamaki River and the GI shops and train station. The house has a converted deck overlooking the front lawn, not a lot of room around the sides or the back of the house but enough space for a garden at some stage. Plenty of parks around, as well as a public gym and swimming pool within walking distance. Driveway fits two cars single file - I'm happy to park onroad, but you'll need to coordinate with the other flatmate(s) with who exits first.
