About the flat
The flat is a brand new townhouse so it's got double glazed windows which are great over the winter! It's 3 stories with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. The 2nd floor has my room and the laundry cupboard and bottom is a guest bathroom, kitchen and living room that leads out into a little outdoor area.

Preferred flatmate
Ideally someone in their 20s or early 30s, working fulltime or studying part time and working.

Hey! I'm looking for someone to move into a double room with a double wardrobe unfurnished in a brand new townhouse. Abit about us, I'm 25 and a vet nurse with two 5 month old kittens called fig and feijoa (she loves a cuddle). The other flatmate is 29 and a builder. We're both fulltime workers with me often working Saturdays so ideally someone working fulltime or studying/ similar age group :) we are a pretty chill flat but we don't mind the occasional drink, hanging out or cooking flat dinners together but we are respectful of eachothers space, unless you leave your door open my kittens might come for a play 😂. The room is based on the 3rd floor with a bathroom shared between the 2 rooms on the top floor. There's also a guest bathroom on the main floor where the kitchen and living room is. We split the bills between us monthly. Lots of on street parking and everything you need close by. The house is in west auckland, Glen eden. Fig is also 5 months old and was born without one eye and has a wonky tail.
