Supermarket, shops, gyms, train station etc are about 15-20min walk or 3-4 minute drive. Local sports field and parks a short walk away. CBD is about a 25min drive without traffic, probably up to an hour in heavy traffic. Usually a $35 uber home from town at night.

My ideal flatmate would be a woman 35+, clean, quiet, easy going. Ducky can be a bit iffy with new men, so a woman is preferred, however if you're younger or a male that naturally vibes well with big dogs, I can consider.
