The house gets plenty of sun, is fully fenced and has a decent back/front yard and cute little deck off the lounge. Has a double car port and plenty of safe street parking. Handy location as close to the Greerton shops, Gate pa shopping centre and New World.

Side note - The furniture in photos is not mine, as these are from the real estate listing when I bought the house. My furniture is slightly more modern .

I have 2 rooms available:

Room 1 - Double room $195 per week + expenses Room 2 - Master room $220 per week + expenses

Both rooms have double wardrobes and are unfurnished. Expenses will be around $30 a week.

Move in costs: 2 weeks in advance, bond is 3 weeks rent.
