We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our home. Couple or single or 2 female who are willing to share in our double room is fine. We are looking for someone who is working full-time, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably for long term and pays the rent on time. Non smoker and no pets allowed.

Couple/sharing is $350 per week or single is $250 per week. Weekly rent includes internet, as well as reasonable/basic use of power and water. We required to settle 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance prior to move in.

Our house is conveniently located to shopping centre, hospital, and schools.
