About the flat
It used to be the 'Sonny's Home Away From Home Bed & Breakfast' place, there's a pergola, we have some chickens in the backyard, though the landlord is in the process of trying to downsize the house especially due to our financial situation. I mostly have to train at the gym at nights, Judo on Wednesdays, some swimming...
About the room
The curtains are nice, it's spacious, comes with a mini air-con pump heater. There's a place outside to cook, and we use an electric range in the kitchen. WIFI is also included, we're in the process of repairing the washing machine.
Preferred flatmate
Tidy, clean, honest, understanding, tolerant and respectful. Preferably a full time worker, and someone whose looking to save up their funding.
