The room fits a double bed, there is also a spare room, which you may use as an office of for additional wardrobe/drawer storage - alternatively this could be a good set up for another single mum.

My ideal flatmate would be someone who is conscientious, clean, ideally lives a healthy/fit lifestyle and not a big drinker.
