The house itself is a large Dutch house (high ceilings and large open windows). There are 3 separate bedrooms within the house as well shared communal spaces such as the kitchen, laundry, bathroom and lounge. There is a double bay garage that can be used as well as a garden shed. Fruit trees are also located on the property, Fejoa, avocado and lemon which are always delicious.

The house is located a short drive from the University, Polytech, Hamilton Gardens and hospital, as well as Hamilton central itself. A short walk away is a diary, supermarket and 2 petrol stations. The house uniquely has a bus stop located just on the driveway for anyone who needs it.

I, Bianca am a full time studying student at the University of Waikato, I'm majoring in Psychology and Criminology while working in Cambridge as a caregiver. I love a good gossip session or a party night but generally am stuck studying.

Is a reasonably sized room but not big enough to house a couple. Fits a queen bed, drawers and a desk. There is a wardrobe built in and fresh curtains with new paint and carpet. A newly renovated home!

There is no water bill. Bills come in monthly with $26.50 for internet and your share of power, generally around $45 a month Note, rent is priced as an individual, couples may be discussed.

Preferably a female in a similar age range (18-24). Relaxed and okay with pets.
