About the flat
Kia Ora! Looking for a female to join our flat.
This house is located in the Fendalton area, house is conveniently located not far from both Riccarton and Northland mall.
The power & internet is divided equally at the end of each month.
The bond is $465.00 which will be given to the flatmate moving out.
Location wise, we are situation 5 min drive to UoC, and 10 min drive to the CBD. We have different bus routes available heading to the city/airport, uni, Riccarton mall, orbit, etc. all within walking distance.
The house is fully furnished (excluding your room). This house is located in a safe neighbourhood. The landlord is proactive about taking care of the property/enquiries. There's lots of street parking available.

About the room
- We have a flatmate who is moving out so we have a spacious room with a view of the front yard currently available and gets the sun all day long.

Introvert-extrovert, enjoys food & k-dramas. Career focused, friendly, moved to Christchurch for work. I am a homebody so I love staying home and either catching up on my Korean shows or playing cards with my husband.
Live with my wife Lauao, I've recently moved to Christchurch from overseas and still settling in Christchurch. I enjoy basketball and football. My wife and I play cards in the evening most nights which gets quite competitive. Really chilled and looking forward for someone to join our flat.

Luna is a sweet dog, due to an unfortunate attack we cannot accept any other dogs.
