A very nice and modern 2 bedrooms granny flat, on the ground level of a 3 story traditional house (fully renovated). The flat is fully furnished, self-contained, separated from the main house, and has its own door access. It opens to a bush garden with lots of trees. It is a safe and beautiful place to stay.

The flat is very close to New Market, Auckland city centre, Auckland University, Museum, Auckland Hospital, Allevia Hospital, Epsom Girls School, Auckland Grammar School, St Peters College and a few private schools in Epsom area. It is also very lose Auckland domain & Mt Eden. They are all in walking distance. There is a bus just outside to the city, and a bus directly transfers Medical Doctors between hospitals. A few minutes’ walk to Grafton train station, New Market train station and other buses, which take you to all the destinations that you desire to go.

Water, power, gas is included in the rent. And all utility such as cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, wine glasses etc. all provided. There is no stove in the flat. However there is an air fryer, toaster, and the microwave with the bake function. There are lots of cafes, take away and restaurants in New Market, Mt Eden village.

There are car parks available at no extra cost if you need.

One room has a queen size bed; another room has a single bed. Bedding, towels we can supple free if you need.

We are looking for 2 single professionals sharing the flat, and rent one room each. You should be clean, responsible and treat the flat and items in the flat with care and respect. Ideally stay longer term.
