Looking to move out my room in Enderley within the next month and am looking for someone to join my flatmates :) Super modern new-build flat close to 5 crossroads and easily accessible by public transport. The bathroom is shared with one other person, with one extra half bathroom downstairs. Has a nice little outdoor garden area with porch and a 1-car garage space. Rent is $630 total, how this is split will be negotiable, current room holder pays $205. Current flatmates are in our 20s, not huge party people, but are social and have people around relatively often. Love to hang out and share a meal with others in the flat :). Small pets pay be negotiable

Large room - enough for a queen bed + furnishings and large wardrobe space
