Nice Sunny flat in Ellerslie which is located in a sort of courtyard area with a few other properties in the area. We've been living here for about a month now and have been loving it. You may notice the lack of furniture and that is because we're kinda waiting for IKEA to open hehe. Would love a 3rd person to help us pick out furniture!

Ellerslie shops are not far away and the neighborhood is quite friendly. Not uncommon to hear kids outside playing on the weekends.

The room is a decent size especially for the price. Gets a decent amount of sun as seen in the photo and we haven't had any issues with dampness, mould etc. Completely unfurnished but I do actually own a furniture trailer that is able to be used free of charge! Wifi and power is paid separately. I think we have a pretty good deal for those.

We aren't too fussed about who lives here with us but we like the idea of finding someone who matches our qualities, interests, age etc. Trustworthiness is probably what I care about the most as we spend a lot of time at work of course.
