Hi! We have one room available at this all girl's flat located in Central Dunedin.

You will be living with a group of 6 other very friendly girls all aged from early to mid 20s. We love to socialise and have movie nights together often and go out on spontaneous evening walks but also prioritise studies and can lock in when needed.

This flat is located upstairs from a restaurant, with George St and the main town being a 2 min walk away. Both Woolworth's and New World are also very close by also being a 2-4 min walk. Campus is also close by too :)

Room is fully furnished and available immediately! Includes bed and mattress, a desk, chair and ample shelving. Also includes a tall window with a little walkway outside, perfect for a breath of fresh air!

We are looking for another female flatmate, ideally also same age range but no worries if the age range isn't the exact same.
