Prefer a quiet, considerate, clean, professional or student with a healthy lifestyle but can still have a laugh (aka tolerates those who like to down some wine and watch tv with headphones on if late at night).

I work between home and office and study so hardly at home but am available to anyone if they need me to drop them to Doctor or if they're sick. In saying this, I respect privacy and expect the same in return.

Very small but cosy, comes with panel heater and fan, fully furnished with under bed draws, bed, dehumidifier, wardrobe, duck down duvet winter/ light duvet summer, pillows, sheets and bedding, side unit.

My current flatmate has met a partner and therefore needs a larger room. Besides this, she had been the best flatty I could've asked for and she's happy to be a reference to you if you need a bit of feedback on me as well. She's been here for 9 months and it's been a blast.

To give feedback on what she's like: busy! Shift worker and gym goer, only here to sleep and cook. Being a small space we only really would spend time together if watching tv. So that is the perfect type of flatmate, not asking a lot of personal info and always upholding the cleaning rules without needing to be asked yet still happy to engage in small talk and look out for each other if sick or if had a bad day!

This set up would suit you if you want to live in an awesome location at a low price. The upsides outweigh the downsides: by the beach, bus stop, ferry, library and shops. Downsides: room is small but it is comfortable and you're welcome to view.
