About the flat
This house is a quiet house, located in a great area. The Hub is just down the road and 10 mins drive to central Whakatane. Walk to Coastlands beach in 5 mins! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The owner and other flatmate are both working women, who like art, gardening, beach walks, photography and travel.

The room has a queen bed and a large window that looks out to the back yard. There is a chest of drawers and a closet.
Preferred flatmate
Preferably a woman, since there are already 2 women living in the house. Employed, quiet, respectful of others and likes cats.
