This is a new house, only built in November 2024! It's suitable for someone working near the airport as it's just 10 minutes drive away. The house is extremely warm with the latest H1 building, with extra insulation and thermally broken glass. The carpet is soft and luxurious, and it includes a brand new kitchen with all-Bosch appliances. You will be very comfortable living here.

House Amenities: The entire house is fully furnished, including a dining table, sofa and washing machine. Hot water is gas-heated, so you'll never have to worry about running out of hot water.

Board is $230 per week. Electricity and gas for hot water water will be shared equally amongst all three of us. Broadband is included in the price.

Room Features: Sun in the mornings and afternoons. Furnished with a comfortable king single bed and bedside table. You’ll find a duvet and pillows ready for your comfort. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own bedding. Shared bathroom with one more flatmate.
