The house is a 1912 villa which sits privately off Vogel street with a park across the road, the racetrack and restaurant only a block away. Spacious with 3.3m ceilings and is furnished with everything we need. There is a vege garden out the back, and decking all around the house. Particularly great during summer which cannot come soon enough. We are all social and enjoy our own space, which the house is great for. We have enjoyed putting on the fire and cozying up for the colder nights. When the sun comes, we will be doing the same but outside no doubt. We are all chill individuals, my younger brother is the other flat mate, and the other is traveling from England currently working in Hobbitown.

The room is the smaller sized, can fit a double but we also have a single in the garage if required. The sun will start to come through the window in the later months. Ideal for a student, or someone who is ok with a comfy lifestyle.

Looking for anyone that is good to get along with, respectful of others and looks after their own stuff. I work and study in Hamilton, which is only a short drive, so would be a welcome for any students looking to be out of Hamilton.
