There is currently 1 bedroom available for a single person. It's a 4 Bedroom/1 Bathroom, healthy homes approved single-story home right next to the redzone!

The cost is $180 per week, including rent, power, internet and other flat basics like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil. We also do meals together during the week, which could be negotiated at a further cost.

The house is fully furnished, We have 2 heat pumps to keep the house warm, 2 fridges, an air fryer, a dishwasher, drier (for winter)/washing machine. There is plenty of off-street parking.

The house is in Burwood, right on the Redzone and Avon river which is beautiful for walks and adventures. New Brighton is very close if you like the beach, and there are 2 bus stops close by, one right outside our gate (the 60), the other 5 mins walk away (the 7).

The room can come furnished with a king single bed or unfurnished and has a small wardrobe.

Our Preferred flatmate would be: Queer friendly, Cat friendly, would value open and honest communication as well as being respectful of not having drugs or alcohol in our Whare. We are often up for a chat or hangs (including watching a movie or playing a boardgame/Nintendo switch) and also appreciate space and respectful of quiet time.
