A large house on a large back section in Burnside. It is a 3 km bike ride to UC. Takeaways and dairy are around the corner, the nearest supermarket is about 1 km away across the park.

You need to love animals as you will have to share the house and garden with the owner, her partner, a dogs, and two cats. The owner works from home, so the flatmate needs to respect that. There are two other flatmates, usually people studying or on a working holiday visa. We cook together in this flat, so you only need to cook every 4th day. We are not vegan or vegetarian, so if you were that would make life more complicated.

The room is fully furnished. It has a king single and an extra single as a couch. There is a built-in desk with drawers and a large wardrobe. That still leaves room for a comfy chair and side table.

You share the main bathroom with the other flatmate and any guests.

Someone social and responsible, who plays their part in cooking and cleaning, pays their rent on time and wants to feel at home.
