The house, a stand alone A-frame chalet, is off of Ohiro Road in a lovely and secluded spot, offering complete privacy in Brooklyn. It has a sunroom at the front of the house that you enter through, into the large open space living area. There's a seperate bedroom with a slider onto the side yard which has raised garden beds(veggie and flower) and a 5ft diameter gorgeous hand-carved round macrocarpa table with benches. This is fenced in on all sides for complete privacy, as well and acesses front, back and another side lawn. Through the living space to the back is the laundry room and full bathroom with a door to the backyard which has a sleepout/office which has a food freezer in it. There's a skylight above the kitchen adding to the abundant sunlight. The positioning of the house allows for all day sun. My home is quite bespokedly furnished, most of the furniture I designed and my partner built. I will be leaving it COMPLETELY furnished(literally, whomever moves in will need only their toothbrush to complete the move... lol).

Rental period is from 12 Aug.-12 Feb. '26, exact dates are flexible. The rent is $400pw. I require 4weeks rent be paid at time of tenancy and continues as such throughout the rental period; and a bond of 4weeks rent is required at time of move in.

Renter is responsible for electricity and lpg charges(these accounts will remain in my name) and I will supply you with the invoices which you will then transfer to my account within 5 days. I also have a housekeeper whom is ameanable to continuing with thier 4hrs. a fortnight if you wish to keep them on, at your expense

Appliances include: 2-drawer Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, electric hand mixer, electric can opener,, 2-slice toaster, kitchen and bathroom scales, seperate food freezer, gas stove top, electric oven. There is a sleepout/office in the backyard. You'll also(hopefully) enjoy the hammock, chaise lounge, outside diing table and outdoor lounge chair.

Suitable for 1 adult or an adult couple, professional and with good references for past employement and housing. And are responsible and reliable for caring for the furnishings and furniture. A well-behaved and well-trained dog would be permitted as well.
