We are looking for a new flatmate (room is small and cosey) in a homely flat, a 5-minute walk from the Brooklyn shops and bus, and a 20-minute walk to town.

It is a 3-bedroom flat, so you will be living with two flatmates. We both work fulltime during the week. We do enjoy socialising when time allows. We have the odd small group gatherings (close knit friends, who like to cook, listen to music etc) It's not a party flat though!

We have a nice garden space for dinner outside in the summer and a tiered garden at the back of the house, with lots of sun!

The flat is well insulated and there’s a heat pump for the winter that’s cheap to run. LGBT+ friendly, and students welcome!

Small cosey room, can fit a double bed - draws. There is a clothes hanger in there you can borrow! The bed might stay! So that is a plus.
