Our house in Birkenhead is looking for you! We have one room available on the 22nd of March.

What is the house like? We have a chonker of a kitchen with gas hobs which are very exciting, as well as a fridge that pours ice cold water, how good, and the most exciting part, a heat pump for that perfect temperature year round - you just know these things are what make a house a home ?? the lounge is great for watching UFC, and we have an outdoor area too. Both rooms available are medium sized (roughly 3x3m) and share a bathroom with one another. There is space for one more vehicle to park on the driveway. Copious amounts of on street parking around as well.

There is SO much around within walking distance. We have a dairy and a bus stop literally next door to us. There is just a few hundred metres away a gym, bottle store, and cafe. Cos we're all about that balance. Another 100m down the road is a supermarket. In the opposite direction about 1km away is Highbury centre. So much good food! Everything is super convenient and easy to get to.

Who are we? Currently there are three of us living here (but four bedrooms), except one has just purchased his own home and is shifting out next month, so we are looking to fill two bedrooms, one immediately and one from the 21st March onwards. The existing flatmates are two guys in their early 30s, we are easy going and are good mates but operate on our own schedules so keep to ourselves most of the time, but always up for hanging out for the right thing!

We are looking for someone similar to us who we get along with really well - not in any rush to fill the rooms, definitely looking for the right fit rather than the first person that comes along. Come and check the place out and have a yarn with us to see what's good.

The room is $240 each per week, and utilities work out to be $35 per week ish, paid separately.

The room is medium sized, with wardrobes to hang up your clothes and also with a top shelf for some storage space. The room faces out towards the street, but thanks to the double glazed windows, isnt noisy. This room has windows on 3 of the 4 walls, and gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. The shared bathroom is across the hallway from the room.

Someone relaxed who is happy to chip in with the household chores! UFC is normally on the TV every Sunday, and someone will normally be cooking a meal throughout the week and will be down for a yarn. If you are laid back, happy to have a yarn every now and then, and like to have a bit of downtime then you will fit right in!
