Seeking a flatmate to share our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Birkdale, Auckland. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry are spacious and freshly renovated. You have a spacious bathroom to share with only 1 other.

The house is down a long drive so is quite from any road nosie, it is also fully insulated and north facing.

We’re in a quiet, convenient location with great transport links, local shops, and parks/bush tracks nearby.

30 second walk to the Bus Stop with regular direct routes to the City, Takapuna, Birkenhead and Glenfield malls.

1 minute walk to the dairy and a dangerously good bakery, as well as dairy and Indian takeaway.

5 to 10 minute walk to a kebab, sushi, fish and chip, great cafe and a beauty Salon.

Our home includes our two adorable golden retrievers. They are 90% outside dogs. They’re sweet, friendly, and love a good cuddle.

We have a medium double room available in our 3 bedroom home. (Two rooms to choose from) Perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment but also likes a bit of company.

Room one is sunny with a ranch slider, the other a bit cooler but fractionally bigger. Either room can come furnished or unfurnished, the mattress is brand new and comfortable.

We are happy to offer both short term and long term accom. 2 weeks minimum stay. Backpackers and travellers welcome!!

We enjoy having students and overseas travellers- Happy to help you get your bearings with public transport and show you around Auckland. However just as happy having independent or social people from NZ too, who are wanting a flat to call home.

Not suitable for someone that works from home full time.
