Whānau whare in Bethlehem to share with 1-2 others in their 30s who enjoy a nice balance of social time (boardgames, movie nights and eating yummy kai) and sometimes quiet alone time. Fireplace keeps us warm over winter and lowers power costs with the wetback. My current flatmate and I cook a meal once or twice a week for the both of us then take care of ourselves on the other days as well as sort our own breakfast and lunch food.

Good sized north-facing room with plenty of sunshine and double glazed windows and built-in wardrobe. Rent includes fibre internet and water but not power. This is shared each month and is approx. $10-20 per week with reasonable use. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
