About the flat
The property is at the end of a long driveway with a double garage (which is used as a workshop space and has washing machine etc). It is located in Avondale near the Rosebank/Great North Road intersection. It's a 15 minute walk to the Avondale train station which goes straight into the city. If you have a car it will be on street parking unless someone is away.
The house has 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs which we occupy and 3 rooms upstairs, the master with an ensuite (including shower) which will be yours and the other 2 single rooms opposite with the main bathroom in-between. Suitable for a couple or Single wanting a bit of extra space.
About the room
The room is large, can easily fit queen bed and desk. Has a small walk in wardrobe and full ensuite attached. There is also a heatpump in this room.

Hi there! I'm a Camera Operator working in Live Events. I am sociable, crafty and musical. I play in a band with friends and do photography when I can. I love a chill bike ride, adventure or movie night.
Theo (my husband) is an Audio Engineer. He mostly keeps to himself but loves a good BBQ or a day smoking some meat. He also enjoys the occasional PC game. He has a workshop in the garage so if you're the making things type we'll will have some stuff for you to use and somewhere to store your own equipment.
