Cozy, small home located on Breezes road. Classic property with a modernised refresh, new shower, beautiful kitchen. I will be the only other tenant as previous tenant is now breaking lease.

Can use the living room if you'd like, big 65". Every other amenities included (kitchen stuff, bathroom etc) Pretty much everything you'd need!

This is a cat household with x2 small girls. These are strictly indoor cats so all I ask is for the external doors and windows to remain closed, or only open a jar (They can lock open in sections)

Nice long driveway with plenty of parking and a lockable gate for security. Additional security include cameras facing front gate and garage. Garage is small so could be used for a motorbike, bicycle, or just additional storage.

New tenant will have the master bedroom (Pictured) has a wardrobe. Unfurnished but can include side table and fan for summer. You can also have the room next door if you’d like, can be used for office, private lounge etc.

Ideal tenant will be someone quiet, clean, well mannered, and a working professional..Sorry but no additional pets. Preferably aged 18 - 30
