📌 The Details: * Rent: $225 per week * Expenses: ~$20 per week * Bond: 4 weeks bond + 1 week advance ($1125 total) * Move-in date: ASAP * No smokers or other pets * All rooms fit a queen bed + built-in double wardrobes and come unfurnished * 1.5 bathrooms (you’ll only share with one other person) * Spare room used as a shared office/guest room

👫Flatmates: You’ll be living with 1 guy and 2 girls in our early/mid 20s who work full time (the second girl is joining early December from Canada). We’re active, sociable, and chill. We also foster bunnies 🐰 who hang out in the lounge - super cute and clean!

🚶Location: * 5-min walk to main bus routes * 20-min walk to Avondale train station * 25-min walk / quick drive to LynnMall & New Lynn hub * 10-min walk to Sunday markets
