Flat in Pakuranga

$185 per week added on 23 Apr
Location: Auckland
Rooms: 3 bedrooms
Flatmates: 2 other flatmates
Parking: Uncovered parking

Looking for a room with off-street parking and chilled flatties? Looking to move in and move out on your terms? Then here's your place!

A double room is available now, so move in can be as soon as your background checks are successful. And even that's easy, just two week's upfront rent, and two weeks bond!

And if you land that dream job far away, or meet the love of your life and want to move in with them, no worries! There is NO fixed term contract, so you can give notice to leave when it suits you!

As if that's not already perfect, I own the house and live here too, so the place is up to decent living standard. I'm not one of those “get them in and disappear” types. I'm here and available to help with things that may arise, too.

Try beating all that for $185/week!
