Currently in the house there are 4 people (1 female and 3 males) all working full time, who enjoy socialising from time to time and doing our own thing.

We have 1 room with a built in wardrobe available now for $240 per week including bills and expenses.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, has a good sense of humour and pays rent on time every week.

We require a bond of $480 and 1 weeks rent in advance. Depending on the move in date you would need to cover the days up to the next rent date.
