The apartment is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and is a relatively new build (about 5 years old). It is in a prefect location for multiple gyms (Les Mills, City Fitness, Anytime Fitness), as well as a 10-20min walk to the AUT, UOA city campus, supermarkets and Queen Street.

It is furnished with a double bed and has a built in wardrobe, there is also enough room for a small desk or chest of drawers if arranged right. The room shares a large bathroom with the other flatmate.
