About the flat
The flat is inside an appartment building on Upper Queen Street, close to public transport and still at a walking distance from most of the university buildings. The living room looks out into a park, which means we have plenty of sunlight and nice greenery right in front of us, despite being in the centre of the city. One a week there is also a cleaning crew that comes over, who clean all the shared areas. The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished.
About the room
The room is furnished: it has a double sized bed (bedding included), a desk with chair, a build-in wardrobe and a bookshelf.
Preferred flatmate
We are looking for a female flatmate who is in their 20's. To match the rest of the flatmates.

Meet the flatmates
I have moved to Auckland for a project with the university, to work in wildlife conservation. My interests include swimming, going on walks, nature, and of course animals. I am a calm and tidy person. I can really enjoy getting together with housemates for dinner, a movie night or a walk for example. Although I also really like the opportunity to be on my own.
