In the lounge area downstairs, there's a pool table, an airhockey table, two vending machines, and a study area. The building has a laundry room and a rubbish room as well. For the fun parts! The building is right across Sensational Chicken, close to Kebab and Chicken House, as well as the place we call Asian Street "Lorne Street and High Street". It's close to WoolWorth's, The Warehouse, and Britomart!

The room is cozy, small, and comes with a king single bed, a study desk, a hanging cabinet, and a wardrobe! It also has a warm towel rack. The unit has a large common area, as well as a shared kitchen that comes with 2 pots and 1 big pan. There are utensils, and a shared pantry cabinet.
