We are a working couple that are renting out one of our rooms in the house. We have security cameras on the outside and a gated property with a front yard and a back yard with a green house and double garage and a backyard patio with BBQ. Shops are about 1 min walk from the house. We like to relax when not working. We do not smoke inside only vaping is allowed inside.

The room is spacious and big enough for 2 people to sleep in very comfortable. One entire wall is a huge wardrobe so heaps of storage space and it connects to the shared toilet but the door has a lock on it so its secure from both sides. No smoking inside

Our ideal flatmate is someone who isn't into throwing huge parties as we work day and night. Some chill and has a job. If you have references from past houses even better. The price stated is for a single person so couples will be considered but will be more than $250
