About the flat
The flat is located on the sunny side of Aro Valley, just a 5-minute walk from the village, which features a supermarket, bakeries, a community centre, and cafes, fostering a great community feel. Additionally, the flat is 15 minutes away from the VUW Kelburn campus.
The two flatmates are both 19 years old and great to live with. They are friendly individuals who are tidy with the communal spaces. Overall, it cultivates a really chill atmosphere in the flat!
About the room
The room is small but cosy, with a wardrobe, lamp, desk and side table included. There will be a double bed with the frame and mattress included. I recommend keeping the windows open for good airflow.
Preferred flatmate
An ideal candidate would be someone aged 18-21 who is friendly with others and respectful of the flat, maintaining upkeep while I am away during the summer.
