Lovely large sunny house overlooking Bayfield inlet Andersons Bay Dunedin. Large lounge and dining room spaces. Two big tvs and plenty of storage space and room! Also has a breakfast bar and exterior is surrounded by trees and birdlife. Close to Tomahawk and St Kilda beaches and local schools. Mins walk to bus stop and shops! :) On street and off street parking both available.
About the room
Room to rent has built in wardrobe and cubboard, could partially furnish - negotiable. Can fit double bed and bedside table and draws ottomans. Also have iron, ironing board, clothes horse to use and plenty of food storage space. Crockery included but have room for some of your own if need or can store.

House is large, sunny, with Bayfield Inlet views from large bay windows, close to beaches and inlet/harbour walks, mins walk to bus stop and shops. Street and driveway parking available. I currently have one cat at the house who is friendly :)
