Heya , we are 3 females aged (19,20) looking for a 4th flatmate. 2 of us are 3rd years at university of Canterbury studying commerce and the other at ara,we all work part time as-well.

Flat is in addington super close to riccarton , town, bus stops are super close to the flat . Located next to the historic jail and is sheltered from most of the busy road noise.

The room that is available is a single room downstairs and is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe , mirror , bedside table etc) you will only have to share the downstairs bathroom/ toilet with one other flatmate. Rent for this room is $165p/w excluding power and wifi (wifi is $5 each week and power is split at end of the month usually around $15-$20 per week )
