Flat is in addington super close to riccarton , town, bus stops are super close to the flat . Located next to the historic jail and is sheltered from most of the busy road noise. There is no parking available

The room that is available is a single room downstairs and is furnished you will only have to share the downstairs bathroom/ toilet with one other flatmate. Rent for this room is $150p/w excluding power and wifi (wifi is $5 each week and power is split at end of the month usually around $15-$20 per week )
