About me
I’m looking to rent a private room in an apartment, house, or townhouse, preferably with people around a similar age. I’m a non-smoker and would ideally prefer a place without pets. A furnished room where a study desk can also be fitted would be great. I’m looking for a quiet, non-party household, though casual gatherings are absolutely fine. I’m also happy to join in shared activities like hiking, movies, or occasional group outings. If possible, I’d prefer a place where a 3–4 week moving-out notice is acceptable; otherwise, I’m happy to commit to the terms stated in the contract.
