I'm single, a non-smoker, no pets. I'm currently living in a flat in Newlands where I have been for about two years but I'd like a change and to be closer to town. I have a degree so fairly intelligent! I'm into healthy living and do lane swimming at Freyberg Pool and like to swim at Oriental Bay - even in winter!
