Hi,
So I'm relaxed, considerate and respectful. I do my own thing but interested in connecting with others too. I like music and producing music is a big hobby of mine but not invasively(don't be concerned with this). Well-being is important to me, 'being conscious'. I'm not a smoker or drinker and pets/animals are cool.
I would describe myself as a minimalist so like to keep things clean and well looked after.
Looking for place that has a good size room(not small), being near the ocean/beach would be nice but not compulsory but must be on a bus route.

I am looking for a place close to public transport. A decent sized room, double if possible. Being the near the ocean would be nice but not compulsory. I'm not really interested in living with a couple dynamic unless mature. (These situations often feel intrusive) I like all animals. Prefer some where quiet(not on a busy street). I don't mind furnished or unfurnished. I have my own things I can store elsewhere. I am relatively a minimalist. That's about it. PeacePreferred location
