Big enough room for a desk and a bed. No mould, good ventilation. Window with sunlight. Would prefer a furnished room. Plenty of storage spaces. I prefer to be in a flat with other christians and have only girls. Don't mind pets as long as they are well looked after by whoever owns them. I prefer the bathroom to have a separate toilet room from the shower room.
