Hey! My name is Sienna, I am an Australian moving to Dunedin to study at Otago Polytechnic and am looking for a calm, friendly female-only flat, ideally with other flatmates around my age. I’m easy-going and sociable, but definitely not a party gal. I’m not much of a cook and don’t particularly enjoy it.. However! I definitely make up for it by being very clean and tidy. I’m a bit of a neat freak, so shared spaces are always well looked after.
About me
I prefer a relaxed, respectful home in a nice area, within walking distance (around 20 minutes) or an easy bus ride to campus. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and happy to hang out or even do the odd weekend trip, but also value my own downtime. Budget-wise, I’m ideally looking for $200–$250 per week, but I’m open to discussion for the right place. I’ll be studying full-time and plan to work part-time alongside study.Preferred location
