I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful flat where everyone gets along. I’d prefer a non-smoking home with tidy flatmates. I’m happy to help keep shared spaces clean and peaceful. Ideally, the rent would be around $200 per week, including all utilities and Wi-Fi, and furnished would be preferable. I’d like to move in from the September.
