Looking for a flat that is all-inclusive of expenses. I'm a fairly quiet guy. I work a full-time afternoon shift in East Tamaki. I prefer a room, either furnished / unfurnished, which is big enough or already has a queen bed. Even better if I can have my TV in the room. I'm happy to pay my rent and expenses on time every week. I like to cook sometimes. I'm a member of the City Fitness gym, so having one within about a 10-minute drive away would be good.

Look for a home where everyone gets along together, where everyone gets along and respects each other's privacy.
