I’m Milinda, an international student from Sri Lanka starting my Master’s in Software Engineering at Yoobee College in November 2025. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay, ideally from late October or early November.
A bit about me: • Age: 30 • Non-smoker, no pets • Friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces • Enjoy cooking simple meals • Big fan of sports — I like watching cricket, football, and rugby • Enjoy movies and listening to a wide variety of music • Can provide references if needed
My budget is around NZ$150–210/week (including bills if possible), but I’m flexible for the right place.
