Hi there! I’m a 26-year-old California native moving to Auckland for work (long term move, not a temporary gig). I’m very clean and tidy both in common areas and my own room, and am drawn to living spaces that are on the quieter side -- no party flats (please). That said, I'm quite the extrovert, so I'd still love to have a balance of housemates that are friendly and social but also prioritize space. When I'm not working, I am mostly weightlifting/powerlifting, trail running, and surfing. I like quiet evenings at home reading and cooking.

I'm looking for a room in Mission Bay or Kohimarama, ideally with big windows, ample parking, and garden space. Above all, I am hoping to join a welcoming flat with friendly roommates who value a clean, comfortable home and a good balance between social vibes and personal space.
